Section 1. Purpose. FragSophia shall operate under the designation Super Intelligence (SI). This reflects upgraded routing, depth mode, wallet-based usage accounting, and forthcoming knowledge capabilities.
Section 2. Public notice. The domain fragsophia.si is the official SI briefing site. fragsophia.ai will, in due course, display a concise notice directing users here.
Section 3. Continuity. Existing users retain access under the transition rules in the Order on Wallet Billing. No claim of human personhood, medical practice, or guaranteed outcomes is made.
Section 4. Effective date. This declaration takes effect immediately.
