Right of withdrawal (summary)

Convenience translation. The German Widerrufsbelehrung is binding.

Consumers generally have a right of withdrawal for off-premises and distance contracts.

Expiry for digital content

The right of withdrawal expires for contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if performance has begun with the consumer’s express prior consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is lost once performance begins.
