Terms of service (English summary)

1. Provider

2. Scope

Digital accompaniment and information on relationship and everyday topics via software (AI systems). Not therapy, not medical practice, not a substitute for professional counseling.

3. Wallet model

• Chat access generally requires a positive wallet balance.
• Normal: top-ups from €7 (€10 / €20). No daily message cap.
• SI subscription: €20/month. Payment grants €20 wallet credit that expires at period end. Purchased top-ups do not expire.
• Usage: provider cost × FX × 5 markup.
• Commands: /guthaben, /aufladen, /tief, /normal.
• /tief without an active SI subscription starts SI checkout.

4. Active 1:1 coaching

Users flagged as active 1:1 coaching clients use normal mode (economical model) without a wallet requirement and without charges for those replies. SI features including /tief still require the SI subscription (€20/mo including monthly grant).

5. Legacy €77 plans

May continue during transition. Each billing period may receive a €20 grant for normal use. SI features require the SI subscription.
